Updating Amigo’s Customer Portal

To ensure your compensation is processed smoothly, you will need to update your bank details in Amigo’s customer portal by the 14 March 2025.

 What You Need to Do:

  1. Visit https://identity.amigoloans.co.uk/SchemeAccount/Login and log into your account.

Once you have logged in, you have two options for receiving your payout:

 

Option 1: Receive Your Payout in Your Own Bank Account

If you prefer, you can enter your own bank details into the Amigo portal. However, it is important that your bank details are correct otherwise it could lead to a delay or prevent your payout. Please make sure:

  • Your bank account must accept third-party payments (some savings accounts do not).
  • Your account must not require an additional roll or reference number, as Amigo cannot process payments to such accounts.

Once Amigo has processed your payment, we will contact you to arrange payment of our success fee.

 

Option 2: Send Your Payout to Allegiant’s Regulated Account

Alternatively, you can send your payout to Allegiant’s regulated and ring-fenced client money account, which will ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. By choosing this option we can:

  • Deduct our success fee.
  • Promptly transfer any remaining balance directly to you.

To do this, enter the following details into the Amigo portal:

  • Account holder’s name: Allegiant Finance Services Limited
  • Account number: 30585948
  • Sort code: 821107

As your appointed Claims Management Company, Allegiant can submit details to Amigo on your behalf if requested.
