The below calculator should be used for any contracts entered into on or after the 1st March 2022 for an Unaffordable Lending or Pension Claim. If you entered into a contract with us prior to the 1st March 2022 and/or your claim relates to Marriage Tax please refer to your contract terms.
Please note that any projections provided by our fee calculator are purely based on information you input into it. This is not a guarantee of what you will receive from your lender/pension provider, or what your fee would be, meaning that if you input an example ‘Cash in Hand Amount’, the professional fee would be an example of what you would pay, based on this.
The calculator can only provide an accurate explanation of our fee calculation if you use it to submit details of cash in hand redress your lender/pension provider has confirmed you are receiving.
