What we expect from you

  • To respond quickly and promptly to any reasonable requests made by us
  • Not induce the prospective client into making a claim that you know has no merit
  • Make claims on behalf of AFLS that cannot be substantiated and have not been agreed with AFLS beforehand, and always communicate with the prospective client in a way that is fair, clear and easily understandable.
  • Not charge the client for connecting them to AFLS without first agreeing any fee arrangement with AFLS
  • Undertake to comply with all relevant laws and regulations including but not limited to GDPR, PECR and FCA requirements on marketing and lead generation including digital marketing such as texts, pictures messages, video messages, voicemails and direct messages via social media or other advertising platforms.
