Please write your name and address including your file number on the reverse of your cheque. Your file number can be found on your invoice or any e-mail correspondence.

Please quote your file number, first initial and surname when sending a payment to us.

You can call us directly on 0345 544 1563 to make a secure payment over the telephone. One of our friendly staff will be on hand ready to assist you. This facility is available Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.

For out of hours payments, please use our 24/7 online payment facility. You can also logon to your Internet banking facility or call your bank to make a Internet bank transfer.
