• How Do Your Fees Compare?

We charge 30% inclusive of VAT. Our regular competitor research indicates most companies offering high cost loan claim services charge between 30% to 42% inc. VAT, with 36% being the most common price. This makes our rates very competitive.

  • Is Your Service Really No Cash, No Fee?

Yes. Please see our fees page for details.

  • How Will You Update Me?

You will receive automated, relevant updates when we submit your claim to your lender. Throughout the 8 week lender consideration period, we will update you, even if it is to advise there is no news. Once a response is received, our Claims Team will be in touch. If the claim is contested and requires resolution via the Financial Ombudsman Service, our Claims Team will liaise with you and be on hand to answer any queries throughout the process.

  • What Evidence is Required?

Typically Bank Statements (we can obtain these free of charge) and sometimes a copy of your Credit Report.

  • How Long Does a Claim Take?

From experience, claims take anywhere between 8 to 12 weeks for your lender to investigate and respond. Many claims are successfully resolved at this stage. If the matter is referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service, it will presently take up to 6 months for them to liaise with ourselves and the lender and make a recommendation. If either party disagrees, an Ombudsman will look at the case. This stage is reserved for very contentious cases, and can take around 6 to 24 months to conclude – this is the same for all complainants. Please note however, many factors dictate the speed of claim progress, so these timescales can vary. Beware of claims companies offering “fast pay outs” or not explaining the full process – all complainants and companies acting for consumers must follow the same procedure.

  • How Successful Are You?

We are purposefully selective in the cases we take on. We apply automatic and manual vetting. This means that of the cases we do take on, we have a strong success rate.

  • What Is Your Biggest Win?

As a matter of courtesy to clients and lenders, we don’t generally boast about specific wins. We have recovered as little as £20 and over £20,000 for clients. We are adept at handling all value of claims.

  • I Don't Trust Claims Management Companies. Can I Trust You?

We were set up in 2010, and have been providing a high cost loan claims service since 2013. Our Feefo reviews speak for themselves. We ask lenders to pay you directly (not us). You pay us once you in receipt of your compensation. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. If you have a complaint about us, we are under the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service.

  • How Can I Contact You?

    Please see contact us.

  • Can You Offer Debt Advice?

No. Our service is purely claims related. For free, impartial advice we recommend the Government funded Money Advice Service.

  • Should I Keep Up Repayments During My Claim?

We strongly advise keeping up with repayments during your claim. This is because no claim has guaranteed prospects of success. Failure to keep up repayments could lead to a negative credit record and/or the lender taking debt enforcement action.

  • Can I Claim Myself?

Absolutely. There is no need to use a claims management company and it is very important that we make this clear. You can make a complaint to your lender directly, and if your complaint is not successful you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service yourself for free. Many victims of high cost loans wish for someone to represent them and manage the process. If you are looking for claims professionals, we can help.

  • How Will The Claim Impact My Credit Rating?

If your claim is successful, often we are successful in getting mis-sold high cost loans erased from your credit rating (although this is not guaranteed as this is not an automatic right). If your claim is unsuccessful, your credit rating will not be affected so long as you have kept up with payments in the ordinary way.
