Allegiant E-Sign Privacy Notice

This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you use our electronic signature platform (“E-Sign”). It applies only to E-Sign and should be read alongside our main Privacy Policy at allegiant.co.uk.

  • Create an audit trail proving the validity of your signature

  • Contract: Processing is necessary to provide our claims services to you.
  • Legal obligation: We must keep records to comply with FCA rules.

5. How We Protect Your Data

6. Who Sees Your Data

All third parties are bound by data protection agreements.

7. How Long We Keep It
We retain E-Sign data for 6 years after your claim concludes. Audit trail data proving signature validity is kept for the same period. After this, data is securely deleted.

8. Your Rights
You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Receive your data in a portable format
