Allegiant ("uh-LEE-juhnt")

What’s in a name? Quite a bit actually.

Allegiant is the adjectival (and occasionally, and in our case, a noun) form of “allegiance”. It means loyal, faithful, owing allegiance (to our customers). The word is built from “allegiance” + “-ant”, a productive suffix that turns nouns or verbs into adjectives denoting a state or quality. The Oxford English Dictionary traces it to 1556, and major dictionaries still record it today, although usage is now rare. Not in the financial claims market though!

A bit about us

Back in 2013 we became the UK’s original payday loan claims company. Things have moved on since then. Nowadays we offer unaffordable lending claims across virtually all finance types. Ten years on, in 2023, we also pioneered vehicle write off claims – another industry first.

We are a long established claims firm based at Birchwood Park, Warrington in Cheshire. We have handled thousands of high cost loan claims for customers across the UK.

We are trusted by our many customers and an ever present sector name. With our own bespoke claims management system, we ensure each case is managed efficiently. We leverage great technology, but we know that great technology alone doesn’t make a great product.
